Though prices of gasoline have increased 3 or 4 times for the last few weeks, prices of gasoline is still cheaper by 1-2 Pesos at this Shell Gasoline Station located at F. Blumentritt corner Valenzuela St. at San Juan City.

The E10 variant of gasoline at one time only cost P 26.50 at this station, unfortunately the alleged cartel have steadily increased the prices of gasoline to subsidize cheaper diesel for public transportation at the expense of the middle [...]
