His early exposure to social web earned him his corporate executive position, an award from Philippine Blog Awards, partnership with Yahoo! as online safety ambassador and media accreditation courtesy of  Blogwatch and Philippine Online Chronicles.

Before he started WSPH [http://wsph.biz], Sonnie is the Asst. Vice President for Human Resources of a car distribution company, and Senior Human Resource Manager of a popular property management and leisure company.

Sonnie is known in the local HR community for several initiatives:

• Integrated “spiritual intelligence” to W.A.V.E.  [Work Attitude, Values & Ethics] programs

On the academe and online community, Sonnie is known for his “cyber wellness” initiative.
