Yet Another Stress Management Tip

You have no idea how stressed I was today because of some office bloopers. I came home tired… and closed to being discouraged.

I was browsing my phone trying to find sleep only to find some of my kids clips when they were playing with my phone. This one made me smile. Maybe the characters involve were my kids, but the genuine fun they had and the creative juices that flow washed my burdens away.

Another Stress Management Tip

Do not engage on activities, i.e. work, that you don’t like.

19 God gives some people the ability to enjoy the wealth and property he gives them, as well as the ability to accept their state in life and enjoy their work.20 They do not worry about how short life is, because God keeps them busy with what they love to do.

Ecclesiastes 5: 19-20

If we are engage in activities of our interest, we do not mind the expense, the hard work and hours spent. The passion in our heart will make it easy for us to recuperate from a stressful situation. Perhaps a good illustration to drive my point is the love for our children. We do not give up on them no matter  what they do or not do.

Stress Management- SES Style

Do you want to know how I manage stress, both domestic and corporate life ? These are random things I do, (not in order of importance).

  1. When at work, I leave my office and walk around.
  2. When at home, I’ll go out and check the car
  3. Plurk and/or blog hop.
  4. Read my bible and/or pray.
  5. Have coffee or eat.
