Update 5/3/11: Today is the 5th session at RCBC Plaza, 9 more sessions to go, including a provincial trip and a session with Government.

There are some things in life that are just too precious that you can’t just keep to yourself. And this is one of those things

I intend to do this yearly, spread the blessings and share principles that worked for my career [then], and consultancy business [now].

Last year, prior to “Holy Week” vacation, I conducted 6 complimentary sessions to 6  companies/ industries.

• 2  IT companies in Makati
• 1 from a manufacturing company in Laguna Technopark
• 1 from a car dealership in QC,
• 1 from a retail store with several outlets in Metro Manila and
• 1 from a golf course operator in Cavite

I received and accommodated one more request at Technopark, though this is already on the 3rd Quarter of last year.

This year, I will be offering 4 sessions for companies. If proximity of companies permit, I can accomodate 2 sessions [AM and PM] each for April 18 and 19, 2011. I will accomodate request until end of April and facilitate session until end of May only.

The “professional fee” is waived, but for province based companies, transportation will be provided for by the requesting group.

And 1 session on Wednesday, April 20, but this one is open for anyone who wish to attend the session. .

For participants of the open session, it’ll be a brown bag approach [bring your own baon or food] or meals will be to your account if we’ll hold this in a fast food resto.

TITLE : Spiritual Intelligence @ Work

DURATION : 1 1/2 hours

TARGET GROUP:

Preferably Homogenous [RF or Sups or Managers]. Mixed groups tend to become a grievance session.

DESCRIPTION :

Most training that companies provide is geared towards skills development, values development has taken the back seat. But if we will check the admin cases, majority of the infractions committed is not about laps on skills, but attitudinal or behavioral.  If pareto principle is correct, 80% of skills training only affects 20% of daily work life and the 20% spent on values development affects 80%.  Thus, this session

OBJECTIVE:

At the end of the talk, participants will learn “spiritual” principles about work, i.e 1] work ethics, 2] boss-subordinate relationship and 3] leadership and management

What is Spiritual Intelligence
Alternative Business Framework
Spiritual principles for [R & F] or
Spiritual principles for leaders [Supervisors]

WHAT WE NEED:

1. Venue that is conducive to learning and can accomodate the projected # of participants
2. Projector
3. Good PA system [for large crowds]
4. Participants should be aware of the session they will be attending

How to avail of the complimentary sessions?

For companies:

1. Companies that received the complimentary session last year will not be given priority this year.
2. Request for will only be accommodated until end of April only.
3. Interested companies should send email via the contact page of this blog with the following details:
