How long have you been working? Do you find it easy balancing the demands of family and work?

I asked because there are those who are successful in the corporate world, but still would like to get out of their comfort zone to be their own boss.

On the other hand, I have crossed paths with people who don’t need a job but strives to be part of the corporate jungle. A few would rather work for someone else as an employee, rather than be part of the family business.

Either way, people are not happy with their situation and would like to be free .

What about you? What situation are you in? Do you want to break free? What are the steps you have taken to make this a reality? Care to share the lessons learned?
