Remember the TV interview that I plurked about?
I finally received the DVD copy of the show yesterday and decided to share it with you peeps. This is my 2nd TV appearance, the first one when we promoted the 1st HR Philippines Convention.
Above is only the clip of the HR segment of Go Negosyo Big Time!, aired at QTV 11 on October 26, 2008. I was invited to talk about employee appraisal, kinda nervous during the taping.

Big time! Your nervousness wasn’t obvious at all for me. So what’s next? Your own segment?! Congrats.
Wow! That’s really fantastic, Sir Sonny! I wish I met you when I was still looking for a job…lol! You did not look nervous at all.
Anyway, I think HRD Division should look into serious matters about appraisal. I had some problems before when my former HRD changes the grades of my associates without my knowledge.
So when my associates approach me, I can’t explain clearly why they receive such low grades.
By the way, I use to be a supervisor handling around 200 operators and 6 Group leaders. I began to miss them now…
