Stress Management- SES Style

Do you want to know how I manage stress, both domestic and corporate life ? These are random things I do, (not in order of importance).

  1. When at work, I leave my office and walk around.
  2. When at home, I’ll go out and check the car
  3. Plurk and/or blog hop.
  4. Read my bible and/or pray.
  5. Have coffee or eat.
  6. Listen to an uplifting music like this, one of my fave songs (Made to love by TobyMac)
  7. Play with my phone.
  8. Stretch.
  9. Read past emails.
  10. Watch my favorite series on DVD like Chuck, Prison Break.
  11. Look at the old pictures of wifey and myself, and kids.
  12. Call a former office mate.
  13. Sweat out in a thread mill or Sauna\
  14. Hmmm will add to the list as I find other activities helpful

    My car transforms, and was a cousin of bumblebee :-D

    Kidding aside, I am checking the body for dents and scratches, tires, and look at what’s under the hood. It’ll help you refocus your energy.
