We had another blogger dinner yesterday, this time at Manila Peninsula Hotel’s Mi Piace. We have a bigger group this time, mostly female.
Since t’was Friday, I have to contend with the heavy traffic of EDSA and MAKATI. Coming from Greenhills, it’s not easy but it’s worth the effort. Aside from the historic venue (remember the rendezvous of Senator Trillanes at Manila Peninsula ?), the objective of the gathering is noble. The meet-up is to educate non medical bloggers about Cervical Cancer. The forum is enlightening and the objective is to protect women- your mom, wife, sister or daughter from the HPV virus that may lead to Cervical Cancer. Anyway, I will blog about this in detail, in a separate post.
The dinner was organized by medical bloggers and the Cancer Institute Foundation of PGH (Philippine General Hosptal).

Thoughtful and interesting, thank you. I grew up in the philipines but moved to england at such a young age I can hardly remember anything apart from the delicious food. I finally found some authentic Filipino recipes if you want to have a look, I thought I’d share it with you!
