A Long And Lazy Weekend

We got a long weekend here in the Philippines because of the lenten season. A lot of Pinoy families are on vacation enjoying the great beaches on the country side. My family chose to just stay put at Metro because traffic is terrible in all roads going outside of Manila. Because of the load on my day time work, I need a much needed rest, not another stress .

Here’s our simple lenten plan, relax at home, watch DVD and finish season 2 & 3 of Prison Break, play PS2 with kids, feast with foods and most importantly take extra time to reflect about our Christian life and relationship with the creator.
