Signs Of Age

While at Baguio last week, my family met old friends. These dudes are former colleagues and together, we went thru interesting but value adding experiences during our internship. Now that we have our own family, signs that we are getting *ehem* older are becoming evident– tummies getting bigger and receding hairline and/or balding.

To compensate for the slow metabolism, I am doing regular workouts in a fitness club near SM Mall of Asia. My wife and kids has kept me motivated. Not because I am figure conscious, but I want to be in tip top shape for them.

When I visited one of my friend in their place, I noticed a special shampoo and a topical lotion for his scalp. I laughed, I thought if he discovered a hair vitamin earlier in his life, this may not be necessary.

In our modern life, there is almost a dietary “supplement” for almost everything, including vitamins for hair. This is to ensure that despite of a highly stressful environment and processed foods, we can get an alternate source of nutrition for our unique individual requirements.
