Opportunities For Networking
On Wednesday, I hope to see some of you guys on the 1st HR Philippines National Convention, “Go the distance, touch lives“. I will be handling one of the break out sessions, and discuss Employee Discipline. Likewise, I hope to conclude my “how to lose your job” series as post event FR.
Last Friday, I have similar opportunity to speak before PMAP-Subic on the same topic. With a balanced mix of Senior Managers, Entrepreneurs and Students in attendance, we have a great time learning from one another. Surprisingly, we also have some labor union officers in attendance who willingly participated in the workshop. With me at Subic is my boss who is an officer of PMAP and another colleague who discussed about Training.
Networking opportunities like these add value to professionals.

Sonnie & HR Philippines peeps!
See you tomorrow!
