Getting Physical
Promoting Work-Life balance as an HR (Human Resource) practitioner is no easy task, specially if you are engaged with a dynamic and rapidly expanding company.
Like a fish in an aquarium, we are being observed if we walk our talk.
Because of this, am hesitant to launch any program until we have established our consistency.
“advocacy by example”
Is my guiding principle.
Have been engage in some physical activity for almost a year, I thought of rolling out the habit to colleagues around me to balance out stress, bad eating habits and lifestyle.
A Thursday group will soon be launched wherein executives and lower rank employees will stretch some muscles, flex our heart and pump our lungs with oxygen as we jog along the coast of Manila Bay.
