I don’t understand why MMDA and the local Gov’t of Manila is allowing this:

Pedi Cabs plying primary roads like Quirino Ave., U.N. Ave, Estrada, etc.
They move against the flow of the traffic.

This does not only aggravate traffic, but pose dangers to those riding pedi cabs. Paging Mayor Atienza and/or Chairman Bayani Fernando.
