It is very difficult indeed to “leave the office” and feel guilty that you have not been able to “finish” all the things you “need” to do. But as the years go by and I see my children grow up, it made think really hard. The reason why I work is for them, but what is the use of working for them if I have not been able to live with them and missed growing with them. I realized that it is equally important in being able to provide for them at the same time create wonderful memories of life with them. Thanks for sharing the article.

this is as if another wake-up call especially for people like us who spend 24/7 on their job..i should say i’m guilty for this especially on the part that Mr. Murthy had said “they don’t want to miss anything when they leave the office”. and he’s ‘s right..events will never stop happening. should think this over…
