Some called it CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility); others called it CSA (Corporate Social Accountability) and still others called it CSO (Corporate Social Opportunity). But they all refer to one thing… philanthropic activities of organization that are geared towards helping employees, communities and environment. In short value adding activities.
